    Really nice colors and, brightens up a room.I like this set very much, the colors are very pretty and the stitching appears strong. The reverse side is much brighter than I expected, but it's too pretty to turn anyway, so that's not a problem. The one issue I do have is that the shams don't line up. Stripes of color/pattern appear mismatched when you look at them together on the bed because of the way the material was cut. It's not a big thing, but if you're super finicky it might be enough to drive you nuts.UPDATE: The manufacturer sent me new shams that line up perfectly, really nice of them and I've washed this at least 3 or 4 times now, washes beautifully.5This is lightweight for summer and just needs a good thick blanket for winter This is lightweight for summer and just needs a good thick blanket for winter. After 6 months of use & only one laundering ( as recommended by manufacturer), the edging/ binding came off in several places. Numerous holes wore through the top ( VERY THIN) layer of fabric. It's exactly what I was expecting it to be. I had a little trepidation because of some of the reviews, but the quilt I received is gorgeous. The backing is a medium toned (but bright) CYAN color. People typically say turquoise when it's Cyan, but turquoise has a touch more green in it where as cyan has more of a blue base.For anyone wondering, it's not a pieced quilt. The print on the front looks like long strips sewn together, but it's just a print with typical quilt sewing. It looks super convincing though.All and all, first impression is that I'm in love with this quilt. If you're like me and you see this but the couple iffy reviews are making you hesitate, don't. Buy it. You'll be glad you did. I saved this one, spent DAAYS looking at other quilts, kept coming back to it, and finally gave in and bought it. So.. don't be like me, I'll make the decision for you. You're gonna buy it.5Gorgeous!I ordered two of these to cover two queen-sized beds that we fit together to form our "mega bed" my hubby and I sleep on (don't knock it til you try it!) They are just spectacular. They aren't as light-weight as some other comforters I have, but they aren't too heavy either. I'll likely double them up with an additional blanket for winter. The colors are just as you see them. Rich and lovely with nice pattern and good detail. I've washed both of these quilts four times now since I got them this summer (we have pets) and they are holding up like champs and seem to hold the scent of my detergent extra long when washed, which is great! I'm absolutely in love with them and intent to plan the decor for my bedroom around them. Being a house with cats and dogs, I do enjoy that the pattern doesn't seem to show hair, even when the poor blanket is covered in the stuff. All in all a great purchase I'd recommend to anyone!!5Beautiful and just the perfect weightThe colors and the patterns are lovely, just as pictured, if not even more pretty. I like the lightweight of the quilt because I prefer to layer the bed with several covers so that I can easily pull some back when I get too warm. I have body temperature control issues due to several autoimmune diseases and I need to be able to quickly adjust the number of covers on the bed. If the cover is too heavy, I am unable to adjust it up or down because of one disease that is destroying my arm and leg muscles. I am giving away all my heavy quilts--too hard to adjust or carry them, and too difficult to wash them and dry them. They're just too heavy. I'm very pleased with this quilt.5LOVE this quilt!I purchased the king-size quilt from the seller NEWLAKE. It is even more beautiful in person - colors shown online are fairly accurate, but the actual colors are even more vibrant than pictured! Washes well without shrinking or fading. This is a lightweight quilt which is perfect for cool evenings / most seasons in Southern California. Will supplement with a comforter underneath when necessary in winter. Well made - very pleased with this purchase! In fact, I immediately ordered extra king-sized pillow shams and throw pillow covers to go with the set (from the same seller) - they match perfectly. LOVE my new bed set!5
