    Does NOT fit 24 x 30 puzzlesI received this puzzle frame to frame a beautiful puzzle we had done. It states it can frame a 30 x 24 puzzle and this is not true. It is too small to hold that puzzle by about 1/2 inch. Now I've already opened it and no longer have the box to return it in so I am stuck with it. I am VERY disappointed that it stated it would hold this puzzle and does not.1Measure puzzle firstI bought this for a 24" x 30" inch puzzle. The inside dimensions of the frame (where your puzzle/poster would actually go) is 23 3/8" x 29 3/8". You can't round up to 24x30 from this. We had to take off two edges of the puzzle to get it to fit. If your item fits inside the true dimensions cool, no problem, but if you buy this to have inside dimensions of what they advertise, you're going to have the same frustrations as I did. They quality matches $15 not what they have it listed for.1Perfect for 24x30 puzzle w/a little patience I almost didn't buy this because of the customer reviews that said it came damaged or didn't fit their puzzle. One review showed the very same puzzle I wanted to frame, so I was convinced it wouldn't work. However, after looking at the cheapo frames available at our local WalMart & Shopko stores, and pricing custom made frames at local shops (really? $85-$125!), I decided to chance it anyway.The frame arrived very well packaged with no damage. We tried to put the puzzle in the same evening UPS delivered it, but it was just a teensy-weensy too large and we decided to let it acclimate overnight. This morning we squeezed it into the frame with just a little bit of patience and a butter knife to help with the prongs. It fits perfectly and looks lovely on the wall.We did not use glue because it was such a tight fit there won't be a problem securing it. It is very important to let it acclimate, especially if it's been riding around in a UPS truck in 30-40 degree weather all day!Attached are pictures of the puzzle in the frame. I love it! 5Feared the worst and received the best!I usually don't like leaving reviews but I feel like I must for this item. I bought the item and than decided to read the reviews. I saw how many bad reviews their were and was affraid to open the package. I opened the package and feared the worst. To my surprise it was all in one piece. I opened the frame and inserted my puzzle. It looks really good. I'm glad I did buy it. All I have to do now is find a place to hang it!5Great frame for saving puzzles!We ordered this for our son's room -- the puzzle we framed was 20x27, and it fit this frame PERFECTLY. We glued the puzzle first using Master Pieces/Puzzle Glue (GREAT product from Amazon!) and just popped the puzzle into the frame. Frame came very well wrapped/protected -- no issues at all with the shipping. It is not a super high quality frame (plastic frame with "styrene" instead of glass) -- but, you're framing a puzzle, not an original Van Gogh. I like the styrene/plastic instead of glass to keep the project lightweight. My only complaint is the price.....it seems a little high for a plastic frame....but it was the most affordable frame I could find. My son is delighted with his framed puzzle, and now that we know how easy it is we will be framing a second puzzle for him.4Fair dealThis picture frame is exactly what you would expect for the price it's not great it's not bad it's fair but there are better picture frames available on Amazon for around the same price. My biggest complaint with this picture frame is Packaging my picture frame came scratched up and loose because all they did was put it in a thin cardboard box and ship. I honestly contemplated returning it but decided it wasn't worth the headache i glued the frame sanded a couple places and repainted it I would not buy this picture frame again4Five StarsGreat frame for a puzzle we put together. Holds the puzzle perfectly.5Frame could've been better, but comes with good layersI've purchased 3 different frames this week, and despite costing the most, this one had the least value in my opinion. The frame itself felt fragile, much weaker than wood. Maybe I should've gone with walnut. The finish seems too shiny to be matte black, and picks up finger oil very easily. Make sure you're wearing gloves or have a towel on your hands when you hang it or there's going to be visible marks. It does come with several layers to pack your jigsaw picture tight. This includes a background poster sheet that has all black on one side and all white on the other, a cardboard backing, and the main back piece with the brackets for hanging. The clear cover is plastic, but works fine.3You'll regret it Extremely cheaply made. Frame was broken when it arrived. It is so poorly made, I will never order again from this company. 1Great puzzle frameFirst time my family and I did a large 1000 piece puzzle and we wanted to commemorate it by framing it. This frame was perfect! Our puzzle was just under (by 1/8 ) of the 20x27 dimensions and it fit and looks great. Very pleased.5Arrived damaged, too lazy to return Just received the frame in the mail and three out of four corners are damaged.The frame appeared to be well packaged, however it is made out of a material that seems to be easily broken.I would be returning this frame, however I tore open the packaging and am too lazy to repackage. 1Item not as described. Small with unusable matI bought this matted puzzle frame for an 18 x 22 puzzle that I assembled for a friend. I was happy that it was the only puzzle frame with a matted presentation. Well, definitely not the case with this frame. My smaller puzzle than the frame turned out to not fit within the opening of the frame when it arrived. I had to push and squeeze the puzzle into the frame for it to fit. I could not used the matted area at all. This was not a picture mat like I was thinking. It was a flimsy white paper thing that you had to cut for the puzzle. My puzzle squeezed into the frame looked nothing like the nice matted frame in the picture and description. This puzzle frame runs small. Beware!2Disappointed - Doesn't fix as advertised - Read the questions and answers firstDisappointed, I have a puzzle that is exactly 20 x 27 which is why I ordered this frame and even though it says it fits this size puzzle, it does not, it's too small on the 27" side, about 1/2" to small. I don't want to cut my puzzle so I guess I am going to have to get another frame. I already opened this so I can't return it, very disappointing, especially for the price. For those of you out there who are thinking about ordering this frame, read the questions (I wish I had) because one of them advises you that if you have a 20 x 27 puzzle you should order a larger frame and get a custom mat. I could have done that at Hobby Lobby over a week ago and paid the same or less. So just as a warning to those of you out there that are thinking about ordering this frame, make sure your puzzle is not 20 x 27 because it will not fix in the 20 x 27 frame.2
