Works well in microwaveThe smallest one won t tightly stay on my smallest Pyrex bowl I use for cut up lemons. So far I ve used the largest one on large pan on the stovetop. Worked well but I may never get the smell out. I used the blue one to cover food in the microwave. Worked well and I was able to wash it in the top of my dishwasher but didn t use the drying feature. I never do in the summer and also I think someone said theirs melted in the dishwasher. I still need to try them on other refrigerator items.4Pleased mostlyI love these and the price is good. The only drawback is that, when I use it to cover spicy foods in the microwave, they retain the smell of the spices. Even after a good washing. The good new is that they have a loop on the side for hanging. After hanging in the air for a few days the smell went away.4Easy to use on hot and cold items and clean up!I love these great covers, have had some before different brand. These are just if not better, have used sm. One's for my coffee for years. But these can be used in the stove for kids for any pots they fit! I find easier to use them the trouble of cleaning up glass lids! Just my opinion! can be used to keep flies off good while serving late comers for meals also can be used in fridge to cover foods . I can cover all my glass/ceramic containers, pop them in the micro or oven, with no messy plastic or foil to remove. They go in the dishwasher, and come out clean, without any residue or smells. I dry without heat, so sometimes there are water spots, but for me, it's not a problem.5These do not work at all, I have tried ...These do not work at all, I have tried to work it and they do not stick to any containers. It is not good without venting!1The silcone is lighter weight than lids I have purchased in the past.These are fairly lightweight. I own some Rachel Ray silicone lids that I bought a couple of years ago that I like better. Of course, they cost more but that is probably because they used more material to produce and were stiffer and didn't collapse so easily. I don't want the lids to sink into the food that they are covering.As usual, you get what you pay for. They are not great, but they do work.4Good quality just not as useful as I thought.They seem to work well in the smaller sizes, wash up fine etc. The textured side can be used to vent slightly in the microwave etc. I had hoped these would replace some rigid nordic microwave covers I've used for awhile. I figured they'd be easier to clean and take up less room. However, after using them they are really more hassle, because you have to clean them after every use, and because they are so flexible the larger sizes are not easy to clean by hand. The older nordic style i used were rigid and I'd just put a piece of paper towel between the food and the cover. So when the food was done heating there was no cleanup needed, just toss the paper towel. The other thing is these do not work well for food on a plate, because they end up just sitting on the food. They work well for bowls and such where there's good space between the top of the food and the top of the bowl/container.4So long spatter. Hello clean stove top.I use these to cook (and by cook, I mean place meat in a pot with water and turn on the heat until ready). I have some older pots and the lids are crap. Water and steam seep out while "cooking" making a mess on the stove (resulting in getting an earful from family members). I remembered seeing something like these lids on an episode of Shark Tank. I decided to purchase these in particular because of the design (they appear to have form and function). The colorful presentation of the lids make them a nice addition to the kitchen.I have a rather large pot for "cooking" so I use the red lid. After my first use, I was not disappointed. It handled the job like a champ. Nothing comes spraying or spilling out even when I'm impatient and I turn up the heat super high to "cook" faster. There's a convenient hole on each lid that, when positioned properly, allows steam to escape. It's absolutely amazing.Now I don't have to hear anyone coming at me about the condition of the stove top. I'm completely satisfied.5Very Handy!!!These Suction lids are so nice and handy when you need a lid for something that does not have one. I have used the bigger ones on mixing bowls and they work very well! I was skeptical about the "suction" ability, but these lids really do the job! They really surpassed my expectations! The smaller ones are great for leftovers that you may want to reheat later, or even if you pre-cook food for later that night or the next day.I have also used these on snack food my children did not finish, just left the apple slices and grapes in the bowl they were eating out of and covered it for later!I actually use these a lot more than I expected to!I would highly recommend these to anyone looking for a product like this, and even to people who didn't know they were looking for a product like this. I have recommended these to my family and friends and to my Grandma who thought this was "Such a clever invention!"5
