    Great Product.My girlfriend has used it to make quick breads without any problems. The pan is easy to clean, it's sturdy and is made of one piece (not folded metal like other pans). The bread does not stick in the pan when turning the bread out onto a cooling rack. My girlfriend is very happy with the pans.5It will Oxidize, which results in gray toxic filmThis pan oxidized and i had to throw away after short usage of this. I would not recommend at all. I was hoping that it would work out, but it's not worth the money.1very nice bakeware I bought and have used the 9X9 square pan and the loaf pan. I gave away my older pans. These pans cook evenly, are easy to clean (I do not put these in the dishwasher (not recommended for bakeware anyway). I soak them, and wipe them out, and put them away, is all that I do. I recommend them. 5Can't get their sticky tack off!!!I was really excited about using this pan, but I literally CANNOT get the tacky gel they is to adhere the label on off!!! It's in two places right on the baking side of the pan!!! Very disappointing!1Disapointed When I received my package it was intact. No dents or breaks in the package. The cookie sheet was packed properly, but the cookie sheet had a dented and bent up corner. It wasn't bad enough to ship back and I just straightened it out with a rubber mallet. Slight annoyance, but no big problem. I've used the cookie sheet once, so far, to bake a pizza. The cookie sheet warped badly. The corner lifted about 3 inches. While it was still hot, I layed it on a flat surface and weighed the corner down until it was cold which did straighten it out. I think it's a design flaw. If they had made a raised edge on the back as well as the front, I don't believe it would have warped. I've never had a Fox Run cookie sheet but heard they had a good reputation. Maybe they shouldn't have moved their manufacturing to China. It's a shame. The size is exactly what I was looking for. Too bad the quality just isn't there. 3Amazing resultsI had no clue I had been using the wrong materials to bake with. All my baking came out to brown on the bottom. I read a Betty Crocker article about baking and realized I had been doing it all wrong. Never new lighter surfaces cooked more evenly. Quality product as well. No coating of any type on it so you don't have to worry about scratches. The unique surface texture is brilliant. Nothing has stuck. Nothing. I do hand wash per manufacturer recommendation. Because nothing sticks, clean up is a breeze. Don't waste anymore time baking mediocre treats. These sheets are worth every single penny.5Sturdy, beautiful, releases bread like a dreamI purchased these pans after going through several sets of non-stick bread pans, which quickly wear out and rust. I wanted something that would last, not rust, and release bread easily. These seem to fit the bill. I followed the directions, which say not to use spray-on oils like PAM. Apparently the oil sprays are hard to clean out of the pebble-crack surface. I used a small amount of Crisco and the bread fell out of the pan with no need to loosen the edges. I will try a loaf next time without any grease and see how that does. The directions say to wash immediately in soapy water, which I did. I think I will be baking with these pans for a long time to come!5RETURNED AND REORDERED I truly hate people who put sticky glue that doesn't easily come off, onto products so they can adhere a label that will end up in the garbage.I ordered one and as I was trying to remove the glue, I scratched the pan.I did not sign up to be a master glue remover and will not claim responsibility for ruining the finish on this pan.I will return it on your dollar and you will send me a new one.Hopefully, I got better at removing your trap, before using the product.You waste my time and aggravate me.This is the first review I ever wrote on amazon.I do not want glue stuck to my pizza pan.I will use goof off next time and hopefully that does not mess up the finish and if it does I will return again. 1Not what I expected for the name brandI looked forward to adding quality baking sheets to my arsenal. I have a Doughmakers 9x 13 pan that I like because when you cut the cake in the pan, scratches don t show as much. These cookie sheets had the same textured coating but were way thinner than I thought they would be. Another issue I have is the adhesive used to adhere their use & care information paper on the cookie sheet itself. I have tried everything from hot water to olive oil to adhesive remover and I cannot get the adhesive off! Even scrapping with a spatula didn t work!! Thank heavens I use parchment paper for cookie baking! If they buckle in the oven, I am returning them!! I would not recommend or repurchase these cookie sheets. I will stick with Norpro for baking sheets. Update: they buckle at 475 degrees (biscuits)3It's small for a loaf pan and I don't like the pebbly surfaceI thought this would be a nice thick aluminum pan and it is, but it's also too small for half a standard recipe of a quick bread, which is mostly what I bake. Then when I read the instructions they say not to use spray shortening because it's hard to clean out of the pebbly surface, where with the smooth interior of the Nordic Ware, I can use whichever shortening is easiest, even for just holding in a paper liner. I make perfect cookies every time! I loved my first one so much I bought a second. They are just like a set my Grandmother has. Her sheets do not have a brand on them but they are about 20 years old and she uses them all the time! I bought these because of the textured surface. You do need to hand wash these and I wouldn't soak them personally. I imagine they will discolor over time some but that is not a deal breaker for me as long as they function properly. I highly recommend these.5Durable, great non-stick without PTFE or PFOAPrice/Quality: Excellent. Shipped and sold by Amazon.comPros. The aluminum alloy conducts heat well and is exceptionally durable. No warping, ever. They use a patented pebble patterned surface on the inside of the pan (think cobble-stoned road but the stones are flat) that creates an intrinsically non-stick surface. We have found the non-stick performance of Doughmakers products to at least equal but often exceeds that of PTFE or PFOA coated pans. An added bonus is the pebble pattern is part of the metal itself, so there is no coating to wear off or leach into food. Better still, this is a very green alternative since making and applying PTFE and PFOA emits greenhouse gasses and produces toxic byproducts. There will be less landfill since you'll own this pan for your lifetime of baking.Cons. Like all pans not coated with PTFE or PFOA, this pan will develop a brown, burnt-on residue from the oils and sugars from baked goods. Generally speaking this is usually an aesthetic issue - some folks don't like seeing this residue. Expect this residue on this pan. Also, any heavy residue on the pebble finish will slightly impair its non-stick performance and so, this pan will require good housekeeping on the pebble surfaces only. There are many excellent websites providing tutorials on how to safely remove burnt-on residue from aluminum surfaces. I do not considering cleaning these pans to maintain optimal non-stick performance to be onerous at all (e.g., it takes me about 3-5 minutes after each use to thoroughly clean the pan); the key is to stay on top of it.Bottom line: We own several Doughmakers pans and cookie sheets purchased over the years. Awesome product, consistently great value, delivers exceptional performance, and better for our health and environment (no PTFE and PFOA).5Replacement for an older model.this item is pretty wide. Not too wide for the oven, but almost. We love it. Wife thought it was a Christmas present, but I bought it to replace the one she had and I bent it out of shape. Boy was she excited to see her new one and my confession of messing her first one up beyond repair. Okay, she did not like the second half of the problem, but she loved the replacement.5
