    Do not buy.The parts were clearly inferior and they did not match the originals. The rubber on the rollers was thin and ragged along the edges. The filters were more lightly constructed, and of cheaper material. They did not come in a box from iRobot, just a plastic bag, and they were clearly not what is described on the site. 1STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCTNot happy at all with this purchase and to be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if I was sent a replica of the actual product.I would say to stay away from this replenish kit and buy directly from Roomba themselves. The filters are the only thing that I cant really review in terms of damage, but I guess they are working.Lets start with the side brush. This kit came with 2 side brushes and both side brushes, the bristles came off completely. The original bristle that came with my Roomba 880 was just old which is why I replaced it. I wish I took a picture before I threw them out. Since them I have ordered from a 3rd part vendor here on Amazon, but lets see how these last. MZY LLC 3 Armed Side Brush replace for iRobot Roomba 800 Series 880 870 Robotic Vacuum Parts-10 Pack. For the price, it doesn't hurt to try.Now with the extractors. These things are a big waste of money. As other reviewers said, which I should have listened is that the extractors make such a loud noise compared to the original. I figured I would see if maybe if I let the Roomba run a little that maybe the noise would lessen, but it clearly did not. Since I already threw out the old extractors, I left these in. After regular maintenance of my Roomba, I noticed that the extractors were getting chewed up on the edges. After doing some more research on Amazon, not a single extractor for the Roomba 880 had good reviews. It was at this point that I ordered directly from iRobots website. After receiving my extractors over the weekend, I have to say it was money well spent. No noise, not getting cut up, and my Roomba is back at 100%.If you need replacement parts, I highly recommend to buy directly from iRobot. After seeing the difference between the iRobot extractors from Amazon and the extractors directly from iRobot, this to me is an indication that something doesn't look right with the seller here on Amazon. I could be wrong, but what are the chances that all the extractors on Amazon by iRobot are faulty, and the single 1 that I ordered from iRobots website is perfect. 1Please don't waste your money on thisPart is not genie and counterfeit. The rubber extractor although having the exact irobot packaging but the material is definitely different. The rubber is more transparent compare to Genie part from irobot. If you tried to use it on your roomba you will notice it is definitely more noisy compare to the original. Please don't waste your money on this. 1Do not buy***Updated with picture comparing the ripped up crap rollers vs. the iRobot original ones that I had to order after these failed to work. You can clearly see the design difference at the end of the roller. They are slightly longer than the originals, and the edges catch in the roller cage and start tearing to the point where they will no longer turn. After just 2 days of use!These roller replacements rendered my Roomba completely useless on carpet. It's ok on tile and hardwood, but as soon as it hits carpet, it gets hung up and alerts that it has an error 2, and that I should clean the rollers. The roller housing is 100% spotless, since I did a total deep clean before replacing the rollers, but they still can't turn for some reason. Also, the edges of the rollers became worn and jagged after 2 days of use, despite no hair or debris being trapped around them. Total junk. 1It isn't OEM, but hey it isn't $50 either.As other reviews have mentioned, yes, the parts here are made in china counterfeits for sure; despite the extractors being in what is clearly a counterfeit box (labeled iRobot with the (r) and factory instruction insert and everything), the extractors themselves do appear to be made of a slightly transparent plastic, and they do definitely make a good bit more noise than the OEM ones, I did not observe them getting "shredded on the ends" though but I did just let them run for about 10-20 minutes only.The side brush replacement seems to work fine though it's a bit of a chore to replace since it does NOT in fact come with the center screw; you will basically need a pair of pliers to remove the screw from the OEM side brush and then screw that into the ones supplied here, but again they get the job done.The filters seemed to work fine too, I take them out and tap them clean daily and replace monthly so no issues there.Ultimately, I would say if you want new extractors, don't get this, but the side brushes and filters seem legit and work fine; just get a side brushes and filters kit, and buy OEM extractors. 3Not Authentic ReplacementBought and installed items (came in an iRobot-labeled box); my Roomba had a grinding noise coming from the rubbing of the brushes; reached out to iRobot who confirmed the shipper Tonyday LLC is not an authorized dealer of iRobot products; items were returned; authentic parts purchased directly from iRobot; installed and worked perfectly. Be very wary of any purchase that is not a verified original equipment supplier for the Roomba 800 and 900 seriese 1Knock offNot authentic replenishment kit. I had previously ordered a replenishment kit directly from iRobot and it arrived in an iRobot box. I then ordered this kit and it arrived with all pieces loose in a bag. Put the extractors from this seller in and Roomba 980 immediately began making a grinding noise, which did not occur with the replenishment kit from iRobot. After a couple days use, I checked the extractors and the ends were torn and chewed up. Definitely a knock off. 1Poor quality extractors get chewed upPoor quality, the rubber in the extractor started getting chewed through on the side after about 3-4 runs after replacement, and now I'm getting constantly getting errors asking me to clean out my brush cage(repeatedly done so - there is nothing to clean!). Reading the other reviews here show that other people had a similar experience. I would not trust the "authentic iRobot parts" claim in the name.Other people here have mentioned that the genuine iRobot parts come in an iRobot box, and the fakes come in a plastic cover - mine came in a plastic cover, so I guess that should be telling. In a sense, I'm a little miffed that Amazon clumps together multiple sellers under one product if their products aren't exactly the same exact item. 1These cant be genuine iRobot Corporation replacement parts because they are complete and utter junk.Both of the extractor rollers and the side brush cause my Roomba 880 to stop working. Seriously, replaced the side brush and it made such a loud racket and the Roomba would go about 30-50 feet and then stop saying it was finished. Added on these replacement dirt extractors made things even worse....my Roomba wouldn't even go 50 feet because it kept thinking it was tangled in something and kept trying to dislodge the "something" from the rollers and never would pick up any dirt with the replacement rollers. There is no way possible these are genuine products from USA-based iRobot Corporation because these rollers and side brushes are absolutely junk....completely and totally. 1Worth it!I originally bought this kit late last year because I needed replacement filters for my Roomba. When I made the purchase, I was initially annoyed that the filters came in a kit that forced me to also buy replacement rollers and brushes. But I was impressed when, by the time I'd gone through the last filter today, I found that the dark gray roller had busted inside and was just spinning on the drive shaft and not doing anything. So there I went and grabbed the rollers that I'd previously been all pissy about having to buy, and put them in my Roomba and everything was right as rain! I also replaced the brush, since it had been a while and I needed to get a replacement kit anyway. So yeah, I'd definitely order this kit. 5
